REFUND POLICY

Due to the nature of our products as research compounds, all sales are subject to the following policy.
DAMAGED OR INCORRECT ORDERS
If you receive a damaged, defective, or incorrect product, please contact us at hello@balapeptides.com within 48 hours of delivery with photos of the item and packaging. We will replace the item or issue a refund at our discretion.
PURITY GUARANTEE
Every batch of our products is third-party HPLC tested for purity. If a product fails to meet our stated purity specification (≥98%), we will replace the batch at no charge upon verification.
NO RETURNS ON OPENED PRODUCTS
Due to the nature of research compounds, we cannot accept returns on opened or used products under any circumstances.
CANCELLATIONS
Orders may be cancelled before payment is submitted. Once payment has been received and the order has been processed, cancellations are not accepted.
LOST OR STOLEN PACKAGES
We are not responsible for packages lost or stolen after confirmed delivery by USPS. If your tracking shows delivered but you have not received your package, please contact your local post office first. We will do our best to assist but cannot guarantee replacement for confirmed delivered orders.
PROCESSING TIME
Approved refunds or replacements are processed within 5-7 business days.
