PROCESSING TIME
Orders are processed within 1 business day of payment confirmation. Orders paid before 2PM EST on Monday–Friday ship the following business day. Orders placed on weekends or holidays ship the next business day.

SHIPPING METHOD
All orders ship via USPS Priority Mail with tracking. Orders over $150 require signature confirmation.

SHIPPING RATES
Calculated at checkout based on weight and destination.

Free shipping on orders over $200.

PACKAGING
All orders ship in plain, discreet packaging with no identifying labels or brand markings on the exterior. Your privacy is our priority.

DELIVERY TIMEFRAMES
USPS Priority Mail: 2–3 business days (not guaranteed)

We are not responsible for delays caused by USPS, weather, or other factors outside our control.

TRACKING
Tracking information will be emailed to you once your order ships. Allow up to 24 hours for tracking to update after receiving your shipping confirmation.

LOST OR STOLEN PACKAGES
We are not responsible for packages lost or stolen after confirmed delivery. If your tracking shows delivered but you have not received your package, please contact your local USPS office first. Contact us at hello@balapeptides.com and we will do our best to assist.

INCORRECT ADDRESSES
Please ensure your shipping address is correct at checkout. We are not responsible for orders shipped to incorrect addresses provided by the customer. Address changes after an order has shipped cannot be accommodated.
